Louis N. Molino · 2006
The basic concept for the use of a tactical command sheet is that some jobs or task within a specialty realm such as Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF or Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) response are of a nature that lends themselves to the development of checklists to prompt an Incident Commander to make certain that some "routine" tasks or assignments are taken care of in a timely fashion at such incidents. The generic worksheets in this Appendix are meant to serve as guidelines only for the development of agency specific worksheets for this purpose. These worksheets are not meant to be all inclusive of such worksheets but again serve as guidelines for agencies wishing to develop such response tools for their own needs. Also the topics represented are again a sampling of possible titles for such worksheets, you will note some redundancy between the examples included here. This is intentional as the concept of generic templates such as this is common place in emergency services. The topics of the worksheets in this appendix are: WORKSHEET TITLE Aircraft Incident Confined Space Incident HAZMAT Incident Lowrise Incident Multi-Victim (MVI) or Mass Casualty (MCI) Incident Railroad Incident Tanker Truck Incident Terrorism Incident
