Capacitors, Switches and the Occasional Passive Resistor

Chapter 14 deals with MOS integrated resistors, capacitors and switches, which are building blocks in analog signal processing systems. Capacitor structures, parasitic capacitances and capacitor ratio errors are discussed. The MOS switch is studied in detail and techniques for minimizing the clock feed-though are presented including transmission gates. Passive MOS resistor structures are also given.
