MOLSURF ‐ a Generator of Chemical Descriptors for QSAR

MolSurf calculates properties widely used by chemists for characterizing molecules chemical behavior. The calculated parameters enable a simple and straight forward interpretation of the derived QSAR model for medicinal chemists which is of considerable importance during the preclinical drug development phase.
