Real-Time world problems need fast algorithm with minimum error. The remote terminal supervisor agent (RTSA), have a real-time system to convert the data from the field into pulses/counts at the converter stage and transmits them to the main processor. In this paper we take advantage of the fuzzy logic inference system, as pre-processor which is optimized by evolutionary algorithm in a cooperative co-evolutionary strategy. The novelty of our proposed method is that our system will be optimized by co-evolutionary algorithms and the output would be then implemented as a lookup table to be suitable for real-time processing. Simulations demonstrate the most significant improvement to reduce the average time complexity down to O (1) and enhance the precision simultaneously.
