A RULE-BASED VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TRACKING SYSTEM

In this paper, the authors present a computer vision-based approach to vehicle traffic monitoring. The approach takes a high-level tracking system and associates it to a low-level system that detects vehicles. The high-level module is able to keep track of all moving or stopped vehicles along the image sequence.
