Smart Clothes, Smart Rooms

We have been building a new generation of systems that combine wearable electronics with environmental infrastructure: smart clothes and smart rooms. The combination can provide simultaneous personal and public information spaces, allowing very fine-grain interaction between humans and digital assistants. One element of our efforts is that they attempt to be proactive: they learn individual's patterns of behavior, and then attempt to use that knowledge to guide action and interaction.
