A new model for SDH networks synchronization planning

On the basis of ITU-T and ETSI network synchronization guidelines a new, generally applicable, model for SDH network synchronization planning is proposed. Each step of the proposed model deals with criteria and original systematized and proposed procedures for SDH network synchronization planning.
