this paper rst introduces a set of representing schemH including an object construction tree, an object dependence table, a global variable dependence table and an event-drivenprogram dependence graph, then de nes a WbEd slicing criterion through com bining three kinds of slicing criteria: instruction criterion, event-loop criterion and obj-attr criterion. And a slicingmici d is developed based on these slicing criteria. Eventually a widgetbased event-drivenprogram slicer wbedSlicer is illustrated to verify the e#ciency and correctness of the slicing approach
