Measurement of quality of experience in service engineering

The service engineering aims to feed back user's state to the service provider. The environment that imitated deterioration in service was composed, and the glance was measured. As a result, the relation between deterioration in service and concentrated level of the subject was able to be observed as a difference of the tendency to the saccade.
