The paper implements the data visualization and knowledge visualization with color, shape, graphics, et al., in the framework of the distributed knowledge discovery system CGRKD, which was developed based on the characteristics of Crop Germplasm Resource Database, namely, large volume, high dimension, complicated relations, uncertain and incomplete concept.
