Mobile commerce has the characteristics such as mobility and instantaneity and personalization This features lead to development of the mobile commerce. mobile commerce is gradually developed and trading volume of 2014 gains 7.6 trillion won. it is more than doubled year-on-year. customer of mobile commerce needs to use various content useful for high speed in a stable environment for mobile commerce. And meta-data management method of the mobile file system is need in order to use more stable and secure mobile commerce. In this paper, we studied file system meta-data management method for based on Ext4 android operating system. And proposed efficient meta-data management scheme for managing various I/O files By modifying the way that the existing H-tree index management techniques and hashing method. Proposed research has demonstrated by mathematical proof that modifying the existing proven methods of index-management performance evaluation. Experimental analysis has proved various sizes of I/O files were experimented using a benchmark tool for IOZONE and Postmark. As a result, When applying proposed research method, mobile commerce for various files sizes I/O performance Improved more than 7-8%.
