Optimum bandwidth choosing method fixed at low bit-rate

We propose a choosing method of the most suitable bandwidth to encode audio samples fixed at the low bit-rate, taking the feelings of coding distortion and limited frequency band into account. By using this method, it is possible to choose the most suitable bandwidth without relying on designer's intuition, which is not always reliable.
