TC-Star: Cross-Language Voice Conversion Revisited

In the framework of the European speech-to-speech translation proje ct TC-Star, one of the research tasks is cross-language voice conve r-sion. In the recent second evaluation campaign, v e participants prese nted their intra-lingual as well as cross-language voice conversionsystems that were applied to three languages. In this paper, we discuss th e results of Siemens' submissions and describe the underlyingsystem characteristics.
