Using Visual Logic © to teach programming logic in an introductory CS course

Encouraging qualified students to enroll in an introductory computer science class continues to be a challenge in many colleges and universities. Students often avoid registering for computer science courses, especially those that involve a significant amount of programming. Computer Science faculty who are involved in teaching these introductory courses are constantly exploring ways to make programming more inviting to students.
