This paper puts forward a scheme of the vehicle monitoring and alarm system, describes the implementary process from the aspects of monitoring, receiving alarm, handling alarm, concealing alarm and database, and then analyzes the primary technique, such as electronic map operation, emphasis monitor, track, play back and voice record. Finally, it illustrates the applicable values and prospect of this system.
