A basic consideration of precision electrical measurement

The "voltage measurement circuit" and "current measurement circuit" are essential components of any precision electrical measurement system. The paper is intended to provide an introduction to proper shielding connection for the two basic circuits including N-terminals concept of measurement instrument and the generalized coaxial structure.
