Signal processing and ASIC's for ITS telecommunications - Spread spectrum, array antenna and software defined radio for ITS
Ryuji Kohno · IEICE Transactions on Fundamentals of Electronics Communications and Computer Sciences · 2002
This paper presents an overview of mobile communications and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) as they relate to government industry, and academia in Japan. It reviews communication technologies such as spread spectrum CDMA, adaptive antenna array, and software radio or software defined radio. It also looks at the demand of System on a Chip (SoC) for carrying out the core technologies.
