Impact Of Using Social Tag System In Digital Library

Abstract- Social tagging has established itself as a crucial aspect in today’s digital library. Social tagging has formed an interest in the research community because of how it has evolved the way people use digital library. The study will involve both the positive and negative impact of social tag system in the digital library. The research will assist in finding the descriptive evidence of tagging behavior and values of users and scholars of digital libraries. The study will include two-phase research method which took approximately four weeks. The paper will also entitle of proper results that were compiled from the feedback. Index Terms- digital library, tagging, social tagging, organizing collections and tagging behavior.
