Validity Verifying Method of Software Project Management

To ensure the validity of software project management method and improve the success rate of software projects, a quantitative and systemic validation method of software project management method validity was studied combined with some actual project cases. By the data revision of the schedule result, the usability of the data could be ensured. By the short-term and small-amount data verification, the organization could obtain the implementation result in time. By the long-term and large-amount data verification, the organization could track the implementation result of software project management method chronically. The statistics of the actual data indicate that these verification methods could reflect the validity of the project management methods adopted by the organization, and could obtain continuous improvement.
