Genetic Tolerance Fuzzy Neural Networks

It is discussed how information granules (clusters) are build through the design of logic networks endowed with threshold and tolerance neurons. The optimization process consists of two main phases such as (a) initial location of numeric prototypes followed by (b) refinement and genetic optimization of the network.
