LaFrance on Distinguishing between Sales and Licenses of Software
Mary LaFrance · Scholarly Commons - UNLV Boyd Law (University of Nevada, Las Vegas) · 2010

Mary LaFrance discusses the new test created in Vernor v. Autodesk and its implications.
