Log-log scaled Harris corner detector

The well-known Harris algorithm for corner detection in digital images suffers from poor localisation especially in high (≥3) order corners. In this reported work, the Harris algorithm is extended to have better localisation performance by applying the log-log scale to gradient vectors of image pixels.
