Internal conflicts in neural networks

Hierarchical neural networks consisting of small expert networks are considered. Fast parallel learning algorithms are proposed. An implementation example is presented, and two test tasks are considered, one pertaining to the electron of the US president and the other to recognition of succession shift.>
