Their realization via recursive difference equations with updated coefficients is examined. The errors and distortions occurring during parameter transitons are evaluated. A description of real-time implementation for the TMS 32020 microprocessor is also given, with tests for estimating the lower transition step limits so that a continuous parametric variation can be emulated
