An Arnoldi-type method for the Sylvester-OB server equation

We propose a new Arnoldi-type method for constructing an orthogonal solution for the Sylvester-observer matrix equation arising in the design of Luenberger observer. The method generalizes the single-output Datta-Saad method [6] for the equation.
