More Crisis Management Scenarios and Systems

We describe management problems and their solutions in changing environments, concentrating on a variety of dynamic and specific situations and scenarios that may take place in multi-robot, computer network, and large united global systems – with orientation on advanced crisis management. All these are investigated and expressed using the WAVE-WP model and language. They include multiple-robot patrol of regions, multi-robot hospital service with both scheduled and emergency scenarios, future combat systems widely using robotic components and having network-centric organization, and top level computer network management with fighting computer viruses. Possible distributed national and international defense and security infrastructures integrating local crisis management centers, computer networks, radar stations, mobile unmanned vehicles and systems, etc. are outlined too.
