A tool for the analysis, segmentation and reconstruction of MR brain images

We present an integrated platform for the visualization, analysis, segmentation and reconstruction of MR brain images. Our tool allows the user to interactively analyze a stack of MR images, or to automatically segment multiple anatomical structures and perform 3D reconstructions. The user can also interactively guide the segmentation process to produce better quality results. The tool is light and fast, lending itself to be used as a general purpose MR imaging manipulation software.
