Bandwidth Reduction of Baseband DC Signals
Richard Burdett · Handbook of Measuring System Design · 2005
Abstract Where the wanted signal is at a low frequency, the noise present can be effectively reduced by limiting the bandwidth of the signal. This article uses the photomultiplier sensor as an example showing how bandwidth limiting operates. It also introduces the photomultiplier as the most effective detector of radiant energy.
