Exploring the Interoperability of Web Services using MOQARE
Andrea Monika Herrmann, Jürgen Rückert, Barbara Paech · 2006
Interoperability is one important quality attribute of Web Services. In this work, we analyse what threatens the technical interoperability of Web Services and which factors contribute to their interoperability. We use the method MOQARE (Misuse-oriented Quality Requirements Engineering) — a method for elicitation and documentation of non-functional requirements. Our objectives are to justify the quality attribute interoperability by business goals and to elicit and structure threats of interoperability and countermeasures supporting interoperability in a new graphical, easily extensible manner.
