Calibration method of IVD by means of switched capacitors

The method of calibration of inductive voltage divider (IVD) based on switched capacitors is described. Algorithms minimizing influence of the error of RMS/DC converter as well as residual capacitances, are given. The method presented makes it possible to find the in-phase IVD error in the frequency range of up to 1 MHz.
