Interval finite-difference methods for digital MOS circuits simulation

Ying‐Wen Bai · 1994

Interval finite-difference methods, a group of interval methods, can offer users interval solutions of the ODE which can be used to model and represent digital MOS circuits. Intuitively, these methods generate interval difference equations from the original equations. The interval solutions of the interval difference equations include the solution set of the ODE. The proof of inclusion can be based on interval arithmetic.>
