This report documents a project to enhance the capabilities of the on-line (interactive) computer program EAGLE, and the development of three new computer programs, QUICK, PURGNOW, and EST1000. EAGLE enables calculation of acquisition costs for any type of system, and can readily be used to perform a broad range of other types of calculations.
