Software Requirements: Update, upgrade, redesign. towards a theory of requirements change

Johan F. Hoorn · Digital Academic REpository of VU University Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) · 2001

My research of the past four years concerned change.Changing is all I did during my career.I worked in the faculty of Literature and Arts, Psychology, Science, Earth-and Life Sciences, and now I am teaming up with Ordina, a business company for ICT, consultancy, and outsourcing.I changed my research topics quite a few times, from metaphor in poetry to fictional characters to software requirements to e-learning in science communication.I changed quite a bit in research methods, from hermeneutics to reaction time and EEG recordings, from neural net analysis to ethnography and questionnaire design.Yet, none of this would have been possible without the help of a considerable number of people. For my time at Computer Science, the following people supported, facilitated, judged, published or downright participated in conducting the research (in alphabetical order).
