Weibull Distribution Based Software Reliability Analysis

During the development of management information system(MIS), the MIS software is passed through a truncated life test and the data of its fault are collected. By applying the method of reliability statistics, a parameter iteration of maximum likelihood equation is set up MIS Software with an operation life submitting to Weibull distribution. Various formulae of reliability index are given and verified by computation.
