ITS(Intelligent Transportation System), composed of a number of technologies including information processing and communications, is adopted to the transport facilities to reduce the traffic problems in recent years. Daegu Metropolitan City is currently in the process of preparing the ITS execution plan, and some important criteria have been applied to determine the priorities of ITS services. The purpose of this study is to analyze priorities of ITS services using the ANP(Analyic Network Process) combining absolute and relative measurement in the control hierarchy. As the result of this study, the priorities of 6 ITS services are determined using the super decisions ratings according to the contributing the reduction of the traffic problems, user's preferences, and its evaluation and related technologies. The service where the priority is high was analyzed with Regional Transportation Information Center System, Advanced Incidents Management System of sub-main roads, Bus Information System.
