General Model and Classical Algorithm for BSS

In this chapter, we introduce the general mathematical model, including linear and nonlinear model, and the basic theory of classical algorithms for BSS (blind source separation), including typical algorithms (PCA (principal component analysis), ICA (independent component analysis), SOM (self-organizing map), GA (genetic algorithm), Bayesian, etc.) and fashionable algorithms (SCA (sparse component analysis) and NMF (nonnegative matrix factorization)).
