A − P congruences on Baer semigroups

In this paper a coordinating Baer semigroup is used to pick out an interesting sublattice of the lattice of congruence relations on a lattice with 0 and 1.These congruences are defined for any lattice with 0 and 1 and have many of the nice properties enjoyed by congruence relations on a relatively complemented lattice.
