Natural Gradient Flexible ICA Algorithm and Its Application

The natural gradient flexible ICA algorithm is an adaptive non-linear ICA learning algorithm. To explain this algorithm, the basic algorithm and the related improvement of the basic algorithm for flexible ICA are first introduced, and the determination of the Gaussian index is analyzed. The natural gradient flexible ICA is applied to speckle suppression of SAR (synthetic aperture radar) images with rich textured details and the results indicate that this algorithm can effectively improve the quality of the images, while retaining the polarization information.
