ITS Evaluation Website: Report on Activities Between October 1998 and July 1999

This report describes work completed and work anticipated on the LEAP (Learning from Evaluation and Analysis of Performance) ITS Evaluation website project. Geared to an audience interested in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), LEAP describes user services and tells how they work, where they have been implemented and how they performed. Focus is on evaluations of performance in field tests and deployments. This report covers the following areas: 1) user services content; 2) additional services; 3) publicity; 4) project organization; 5) site visits; and, 6) user feedback.
