The design of a low cost, emulation oriented, dynamic microorogrammable processor is proposed.This machine is being built at Johns ,Hopkins University for use both as a research tool and an instructional aid.Features of this machine include: field isolation instructions, flexible access to microprogram writable control memory and convenient use of immediate data.
