IP Community Solution Trend and PFU's Approach

With keywords such as cost reduction and work efficiency improvement, IP community solutions, including IP telephony and IP TV conferencing, have been spotlighted lately. PFU has centered on business relating to VoIP, which is a voice and data network integrated technology, since 1995, and has successfully implemented such solutions to many enterprises including some of the Pavilions in the Aichi Expo. However, a problem has emerged during recent implementations: the effects of investment in IP communication solutions became less apparent depending on company size. Under these circumstances, PFU strives to provide optimal solutions based on its abundant construction case examples to meet the customer demand. This paper introduces the IP community solution trend and PFU's approach.
