Application of Use Case Point Estimation Method in Telecom Industry

This paper compares the common estimation method with Use Case Point(UCP) estimation method,summarizes the estimation methods of software development in telecom industry,and use UCP estimation method applied to telecom industry to estimate the work load.It expounds how to apply UCP estimation method to the estimation process improvement of the companies in telecom industry.Statistical result shows that this method significantly improves the accuracy of calculate work load.
