A Model Proposal of the Interoperability Problem.

. This paper aims at proposing a global view of the interoperability problem, independently of any domain. We first describe explicitly the problem, and the context in which it appears. We then suggest a general structure to handle the possible solutions. Finally, we propose some possible application of our model.
