Module Integrated Electronics – An Overview

PV module integrated electronics is becoming more and more important. There are a lot of different tasks and applications for module integrated electronics, such as: operational displays, data monitoring, theft protection, safety shut down, reduction of mismatch losses [1], DC/DC conversion and DC/AC conversion. This paper gives an overview of the products that are available today.
