If you’ve tried to write any programs on your own, I’m sure that by this point you’ve noticed that most programs of length do not work perfectly the first time you run them. In other words, the programs have errors in their code, which are commonly referred to as bugs. While, practically speaking, bugs are an unavoidable fact of life, there are several methods you can use to limit the number of bugs in your code and there are certain tools available in VB to help with the debugging process. In this chapter, you’ll examine these techniques and tools to help you get your program up and running perfectly with as few corrections as possible.
