How to measure usability is an important question in HCI and other domains as well. Focus of the research is on reviewing current practices of usability measure by categorizing them. The determination of relevant importance of these factors, while measuring usability for the system and how different tasks and domains impact the choice of usability measures, and proposing general web guidelines for the some selected web domains.
