Integrated circuit for capacitive pressure transducers

The integrated circuit presented operates in conjunction with a pressure sensitive capacitive transducer. This pressure sensor module is mounted under the hood and is used to monitor the atmospheric and intake manifold pressure. These are important parameters in reducing exhaust emission and enhancing fuel economy of automobile engines. 6 refs.
