I would like to acknowledge all my friends (including the fabulous teachers and staff in the Math department -you're all one of a kind!) and family for listening to my constant ramblings about my thesis when I am sure most of you would have rather run for the hills.I would also like to acknowledge my committee members who each showed so much patience.Each invested so much time and I am incredibly grateful for that.Earning my masters has meant so much to me and I know how lucky I am to have all these people in my life.Last, but of course not least, I would like to throw out a big hug and kiss to my partner (in life, love and math!).He has literally experienced the same ups and downs having written a thesis himself and is unmatched in his stability and wisdom.He not only listened, but provided valuable feedback when my frustrations clouded my thoughts.
