Computer Aided Modelling of Dynamic Systems

In this paper the authors present a generalized approach for the computer aided modelling of dynamic systems. Linear graph theory approach has been used to formalise the interconnective constraints. A software package SSM has been developed to obtain the state space model of a lumped physical system. This package has also been linked to the ‘Program CC’ software to facilitate complete analysis and design of control for the system.
