A Linear Compensation Unit of Thermocouple for Measuring High and Low Temperatures

By employing analog method and substraction of voltage outputs from temperature dependent device and constant reference device, true ambient temperature compensation voltage for single junction thermocouple is achieved. For precision temperature analysis from -200°C to + 200°C covering portion of Cryogenic range with single junction thermocouple, the monitored compensation voltage is added or substracted suitably to obtain high or low temperature respectively.
